Drink it if you want or have to for dietary/intolerance reasons but please stop calling it milk - it is water that has crushed nuts in
Same goes for o*ts
Look at it this way: if I boil potatoes in water and remove the potatoes I’m not left with potato milk

It’s probably sponsored by local dairy farmers.
Basically, there’s a trend towards choosing almond milk, oat milk and other nut based milk over dairy milk right now. For some people like me, it’s a necessity because for some reason, our bodies can no longer tolerate dairy products. But it’s hurting the dairy farmers and hence, ads like this

Those stuck in Atlanta’s seemingly never-ending traffic during their commute have likely come across one of the many strange billboards looming over the interstate.
 
The signs are hard to miss, with big, bold letters announcing an equally bold claim: “Nut milk is not milk.”
 
The billboards, which feature a simple black background and white letters, reportedly stand over Savannah, Columbus, Valdosta and Warner Robins, Georgia. An unknown individual or organization pays for the signs.
