“Be curious, not cool”

“Be curious, not cool” is a saying that has been printed on several images.

American filmmaker Ken Burns said in his commencement address at Washington University in St. Louis on May 15, 2015:

“Be curious, not cool. Remember, insecurity makes liars of us all.”

Burns said in his commencement address at Stanford University on June 12, 2016:

“Be curious, not cool. Feed your soul, too. Every day. Remember, insecurity makes liars of us all. Not just presidential candidates.”
