The People’s Cube blog, on October 18, 2013, posted the satirical story, “Oklahoma to change name to Abovetexas.” The term “Oklahoma” is not politically correct, but “Abovetexas” is. The jocular post concluded:
“The state of Texas did not return our calls, but rumor has it that their initial response was that ‘Nothing is above Texas.’”
